The flux and stress of the Pandemic caused people to question their relationship with work and the companies that employ them. Employee disengagement and high turnover rates are real challenges.

We all want to move beyond the one-size-fits-all, been-there-done-that sessions. We want to bring our participants a powerful and engaging learning experience.

Employers and organizations in EVERY industry are seeking ways to escape the Great Resignation. And while there are strategies for poaching and recruiting, gamification remains a positive force in engaging and retaining employees. 

At GamiCon48V we’re pairing legends and leaders from different industries to show that while Gamification is not new, nor can it solve all of our world’s challenges, the increasingly interconnected landscape may provide the environment that allows us to realize the full potential of the role that game-thinking and game mechanics can play in bringing people into deeper engagement with the core goals and identity of an organization. 

We can’t expect that what worked in the past will be effective in the coming months or years. It’s time to go beyond points, badges, and leaderboards – gamification must evolve from being a few loose game mechanics sprinkled over an existing program to become more integral to the work and learning experience. 

Each session stand outs with creativity, bursting interaction, and skillful use of playful learning to solve most any design challenge. Participants will learn from amazing world-class speakers as they share and workshop their creative inspiration and approaches for developing and designing gamified learning solutions.
