Chuck (he/him/his) spends his days dreaming up innovative (some might say unconventional or nonconformist) L&D interventions and programs. TheaterThink is the most recent combination of his love of learning and his unique ability to integrate the strength of other disciplines into learning frameworks. As a recognized leader in the industry, Chuck has been on the forefront of developing new methods and models that skill-up employees for peak performance. He leverages his Master’s degrees in Adult Education and Economics/Statistics to ensure measurable results. Chuck is a regularly invited presenter at national and international L&D conferences where he shares his expertise and his passion for energetic, creative work.
