Jennifer Chin is an Instructional Designer and Learning Consultant at Advantageous Learning Solutions, where she helps VPs of operations, HR managers, and training managers in IT, manufacturing, and healthcare design engaging in-person and self-paced courses.

Here accomplishments include:

✓ Created and rolled out sales training to 500 call-center agents in 3 weeks
✓ Designed and implemented public service training for a start-up company in 1.5 months
✓ Outsourced the entire training development and delivery on time and within budget
